automatic change in queue order

So, I went through and ordered my torrents last night, so that they were queued in just the order I wanted, but when I started up today, they were seemingly randomized. I've noticed that Deluge moves around torrents in my queue, but there doesn't seem to be any explanation for why it does this. It would be quite a handy feature if I could control the rules (and also, turn it off), but when I have 80+ torrents, I don't like having to move something up from the bottom of the list to the top because Deluge felt it should be there. And no, I don't have any of the rules about stopping seeding at a certain point turned on.
