TCP PORT open for 5 min then close?

i tryed reinstalling it again and again but i cant seem to have it fix, at first i set up everything and last test teh port i am using and it is open, but later i notise my speed drops and i check my port again, it seem to have closed 0o

you must be a windows user. anyway, the 0.5.6rc1 build for windows has this fixed
