Do we know if Deluge 2.20 is compatible with the latest Libtorrent 2.1.0?

Apparently there were some substantial changes to the API along with some deprecated parts being removed.

I didn't know if any of the API changes or removals would have any major impacts to Deluge 2.20. From what I can tell, it seems like Deluge would need a major update to be compatible.

Does Deluge currently have enough volunteer support for the kind of major update that will likely be required to support Libtorrent 2.1.0?
