Installed Malwarebytes. Have questions please

After installing Malwarebytes I started Deluge and recieved over 100 notifications mostly asking if I wanted to add a PUP to the allow list. Sometimes it asked for a trojan. I suspect these are the mistaken notices I heard about and the PUPs are safe. Can I add Deluge to the allow list?, Where would I find the URL or IP address, and then what protection(s) would I disable ? Will I have a problem with slowing down downloads if I don't?

Typically, Microsoft Defender is sufficient for this, but false positives have been known to appear in other AV/malware detection software related to both torrenting and libtorrent specifically.

You can add this to the exceptions rule, specifically the Deluge folder in Program Files and your Roaming AppData folder's deluge folder as well.
