Deluge
Deluge, naturally, is unaware of this, and so assumes I have more room to work with than I actually do. The freespace on disk is wrong, and my processes keep getting kicked when the quota is exceeded.
An optional setting allowing Deluge to be told how much space I have, should allow both issues to be resolved, and should be a quick and easy win.
