Very weird error. In such cases i try to put it in a AI and see what it gives. This is what it said. Have you tried to turnoff all the plugins and turn them back on, one by one to see which one is giving you this error?
"PIL.Image.ANTIALIAS was removed in newer Pillow versions. Deluge (or one of its plugins/components) is still using the old API."
