Deluge sees file as 99% after recheck, but file is there and complete

I recently got a nasty issue where Deluge lost my progress on a lot of torrents, so I just ran a recheck for all of them. Afterwards, quite a few torrents that were previously entirely downloaded ("Seeding") got marked as 99%. The files didn't look corrupted, so I did a copy of a few of them and then started the torrents. Deluge proceeded to downloaded the supposedly missing bits and the torrents now sat at 100%.

However, the files were identical to their old copies! So, Deluge saw complete, valid files, and somehow thought they were only 99% downloaded. I... can't really provide a test case for that, since I'd just be providing you with pairs of identical multi-GB files. This even happens for smaller files (e.g. SRT) as well, which are marked as "0%" in Deluge but are there and complete. There must be a bug somewhere.
