Help - Unable to show peer country flags on Deluge Synology

Hello! I am facing difficulties with getting the peers to show country flags in my Deluge installed on my Synology.

I am using Deluge version 2.2.0-25 and Python version 3.12 on my Synology.

I have so far done the following, downloaded the IPv4 .dat file from https://www.miyuru.lk/geoiplegacy and https://geo.el0.org/ and placed them in /usr/share/geoip/GeoIP.dat then updated the URL in preference>other>GeoIP Database location and didn't work. I tried placing the .dat in /volume1/@appdata/deluge/GeoIP.dat but also didn't work.

Am I doing something wrong? Appreciate your help to get this working, thanks!
