Deluge
I am current having issues downloading torrents from public trackers. The Tracker Status Error: timed out, so torrents start downloading and the stop after a while then stay inactive.
What could be causing the issue here?

Steps to reproduce
Open Deluge
Download .torrent file
Add .torrent file to Deluge client
Click on the Torrent
Click on Torrent client Tracker tab
Tracker Status Error: timed out
Expected behaviour
Torrent should download in client
This only happen with public trackers and not private trackers
