Hello, everyone. I have a question. My father, his colleagues and I have made a Bulgarian translation for Deluge's 2.0 version and higher. However, it seems that we don't know how to upload the file. Can someone tell me how do we upload the file with the Bulgarian translation and does it need to be checked by admins, staff and so on? I'd be thankful if someone answers me.

Need make a pull request on the deluge github repo for official review and merging, leading to inclusion in later release. Unofficially you can upload anywhere and post link about it here, for people to apply locally.

Hmm sorry, just googled it and the deluge contribution guide for translations, simply states to use the deluge launchpad translations site, so seemingly you just do that and then it will get officially included later.
