Support for Ubuntu 24.04

Hey,

So I maintain a build-from-source develop container, the script to build it and install it from source can probably be used here if necessary as well.

I get an issue when I try to add the PPA. I don't want to try again as I've just reinstalled my VM so I'm going to install it direct using apt-get but for the future, I may need to add it in.

Does anyone have the correct repository command to add the PPA in please, which doesn't give an error.
