Port issue (have NordVPN)

I'm probably being very stupid about something, but I've looked at other threads of people experiencing "Port Issue" and the responses are pretty incomprehensible to me. I know almost nothing about how any of this works, but I have NordVPN and Meshnet is active, which I read is supposed to circumvent this problem, but it doesn't.

In the port forwarding section of my router, I have this and no idea what to do with it.

Sorry if I'm wasting people's time with a very obvious problem. I'm really in the dark about all of this. I just want to be able to torrent stuff.

Hi,

If you would turn off NordVPN, does Deluge work as it should?
