Discrepancy in uploaded amount between Deluge and tracker

Restarted computer last night, since restart deluge is reporting incorrect uploaded / ratio values for most torrents when I check against the tracker (torrentleech) - in some cases a discrepancy of several gb. Is there any way to correct this in Deluge?
