[Request] Looking for a Plugin that allows the following

Not only a Plugin, but maybe a possibility there's a setting I've missed.

I'm currently using Deluge (And Auto remove plus) and AutoRR for torrents via IRC. I'm wanting to have torrent be seeded for a minimum of 10 days, although I want to delete those torrents automatically if the download hasn't yet started.

I'd also like to be able to remove based on a specific ratio, for example if it's still on 1.

Thanks for this, sadly the program is 2 years old since it's last commit and doesn't support Deluge.

Literally says it supports Deluge on the documentation.

Sure no problem. If the project was still actively maintained I'd submit a PR for the README, but it doesn't appear to be.

It still works, though. So hooray for that :)
