Need to move all my torrents to a new deluge install. All the paths will be the same between the two. What files do I need to grab from ~/.config/deluge/ ? Anything I should beware of?
Thanks!

Just copy your whole .config/deluge/ folder. That should keep all torrents and custom settings and plugins.
Test it out before you delete the old profile.

Re: Need to move all my torrents to a new deluge install
Would it be possible to add a configuration setting that allows users to select a custom location (for instance an external USB drive+folder) to store Deluge's configuration/state ?
This would allow users to point to this custom location during re-installation so that Deluge can automatically pick up the config and state of all downloads without losing anything.

There are arguments you can pass when executing Deluge to specify the config path already, you can change it as you see fit.
use -c when executing.
