Not doadin, but he makes dev builds only. Hope he don't mind me answering, and did only because you asked if anyone has. Anyway no there isn't, but you can replace libtorrent yourself after install, by downloading it from pypi website and extract/replace main libtorrent pyd file. I'm guessing ambipro and/or highvoltage and/or me have posted instructions for doing it, you can search the forum for something like... Nevermind I'll find and edit link in later instead.

Edit: Of-course could just have rewritten instructions instead, but little lazy honestly. Anyway, here's some instructions, and just use a newer version than mentioned. (just searched my own posts firstly)

Also latest versions available here if wanted.

Could too take newest libtorrent from doadin's latest build, as comes from same source(pypi) - NSIS installers extractable through e.g 7-zip.

Ohh sorry, I forgot there where an issue with the pypi uploading for that version, so missed.

Can I ask why it's important for you to get next last version specifically?

Edit: Regardless, I built it for you here: libtorrent v2.0.8 - x64 (virustotal-report) - maybe usefull for others too possibly, if needing downgrade for some reason.
