99.9% P.O.S deluge still giving issues
every time i download something the majority of times it still gets stuck at 99% and goes nowhere. i have enough resources, i have enough disk space, i have enough everything...why is it it ONLY deluge downloads getting stuck at 99% and gives me a big FU download a 40Gb all over again.i know it was a bug at some stage. but i thought the devs would have fixed it by now.JSC

Watch your tone! Presumably deluge has zero to do with this and would be an issue with all clients using same libtorrent version, hence try change libtorrent version, 1.2.x I'd suggest especially when issues, and available for windows in non lt2.0 version.
Edit: BTW, been reported for years between qbittorrent, deluge, utorrent, tixati, transmission etc. Common theories (making sense) are, no seeds/peers(obviously), corrupt files or junk files added when original torrent maker made/started torrent. Also "text" file missing, though I don't see that very plausible, unless done in all seeds/peers left(deselecting) - You can check under files and deselect a file if warranted. Force-recheck and/or pause/resume sometimes help.
