pieces bar display bug and suggestion

Pieces bar becomes banded occasionally. As far as I can tell, it is triggered by viewing pieces bar for a seeded incomplete (i.e. with skipped files) torrent i.e. normally it looks like this

but after viewing this

it becomes like this for a 100% completed torrent

for a completely downloaded torrent (green - downloaded, black - missing). You should view images separately, the banding is not really visible when they are inline and shrunk. 2.1.1 linux

When seeding a torrent with skipped files the colour of skipped files in the pieces bar changes from missing to waiting depending on whether leechers currently downloading this torrent from me have the skipped files. I admit, technically this is perfectly correct, but I don't know... it doesn't look right at all to me. I think we need a separate colour for skipped files in the pieces bar.
