I'm on Ubuntu 8.04 and have Deluge set to start upon start up. Every time I reboot Deluge begins to redownload most of the 100 or so torrents!!!!! These torrents are also from private trackers so I'm afraid that one of these times I'm going to forget about it and completely murder my ratio. As a precaution I've reset the total active torrents back to 5. These torrents are seeding from an external NTFS hard drive, and I'm wondering if that's the problem. I am going to remove Deluge from the startup list, but I wanted to know if this was a common problem. Sorry if this has been covered previously, I couldn't find anything.
EDIT: I should also note that Forcing Re-check corrects the problem, but I still have to download whatever portion was downloaded first. If when I rebooted it downloaded 2%, when I force re-check it will say the torrent is 98% complete.
Begins redownloading completed torrents after reboot

Yeah, I think you may be having the same problem that a number of others have run across in Hardy. I posted my experience here: http://forum.deluge-torrent.org/viewtop ... f=7&t=4115
