Microsoft App?

Post by doittv »

I found a Deluge app listed in the Microsoft Store. It does not seem affiliated with the project. So, I thought you might want to know it exists. The owner is using the name and logo from the project and is charging a fee.

Are you talking about this one? It looks a bit weired and it also costs money. What are you reporting it for?

It's the same crap e.g qbittorrent lists in there changelog the last several releases up top:

ATTENTION WINDOWS USERS: There's a "qBittorrent" app on the Windows Store which costs money. It isn't an official release nor it is coming from us. The person publicizing it doesn't have permission to use the qBittorrent name/logo.
I'd concur with shamael's sound advice.
