Not downloading in anonymous mode through proxy

I'm using a proxy on Deluge. I installed ItConfig and set anonymous_mode and force_proxy to on. These settings do seem to have taken effect since they are appearing checked in "actual". However, nothing will download. The proxy should be working since I can ping it and use the same proxy to browse the web in Chrome.

Could it be something to do with the Type? I don't really know what to put there. Options are HTTP, SOCK4, SOCK5 and None.

If you're using windscribe for VPN/proxy, then there own in-house developed socks5 proxy server(instead of pretty much industry-standard Dante socks5 server, for supporting torrenting propperly, or the UDP part atleast), doesn't work properly for UDP in libtorrent-rasterbar based clients or uttorrent.

Other then that, then can you download regular popular linux iso's?

If testing with magnet-links from the popular non-linux-iso related torrent-sites, and having UDP issues with proxy, then often won't work from there, as only using UDP fall-back-trackers, so everything is UDP(DHT and fall-back-trackers).

Does ipmagnet work, which use http fall-back-tracker? http://ipmagnet.services.cbcdn.com

Edit: Missed last post during typing, yes, you need socks5, and a socks5 supporting proxy, unless you only have http/https proxy for proxying tracker-comunication, though doesn't give you the anonymity/masked-ip a socks5 proxy with proper settings give you.

Yes, if having socks5 in first place. You properly need to do some research on this I'd suggest.

I switched them all to Socks5 and restarted Deluge. Still not downloading, though.

Is it a paid proxy and is it advertised for torrenting also(i.e udp support and uncapped). Atleast is it advertised as socks5? (which by spec supports UDP though has implementation issues often regardless). If paid proxy, you need socks5 with auth defined + of course user and password.
