Why is deluge checking entire library on force recheck?

I just had a crash, deluge started up saying error for all torrent, so i started a force recheck. But the problem is that it's trying to recheck every 253 torrents at the same time. It is not queuing them even tho i've set active_checking to 1.
What gives?

Probably because those are not currently under auto-manage by libtorrent, and the active_manage is only applicable then. Queue them back (like pause all, then force recheck all) and they should then go one-by-one.
