[Feature Request] Auto-prioritization by ETA

Hello! I would love it if there were an option to automatically re-prioritize torrents by ETA & Download Speed so that the torrents that will be downloaded most quickly will be downloaded first, leaving slow torrents to the end. That way, slow torrents don't clog up your torrent client when you have a limited queue size.
