Nothing is wrong.
The site download.deluge-torrent.org uses a self signed certificate.

I didn't even know the main site has a le cert.
Does anyone know, does git.deluge-torrent.org support htpps now?

Yes we have transitioned git, forum, and dev subdomains to https by default now.
The problem with download.deluge-torrent.org is that it is using our hosts cert. I will remind them again to look into that.

The SSL is working fine for me. Try flushing your DNS in command prompt and cache in browser.
