I started to download some files, but now i have the full files and has no sense keep downloading them. I want to keep seeding the files but...
¿How can i replace the partialy downloaded files with full files?
When i replace them directly and force recheck, Deluge ignore full-files. I checked that the size, permissions, SHA1 hash, and the files are exactly the same, but Deluge keep ignoring files.
Also exists a file with .part extension which seems that contains data of partially downloaded files.
I'm runing a seedbox with Linux ubuntu 16.04.
How to replace unfinished files with full files?
Re: How to replace unfinished files with full files?
Replacing the files should work so I suspect either the files are not identical or named differently?
What version of libtorrent are you using? I am not aware of part file extension are you sure it's a Deluge created file?

Re: How to replace unfinished files with full files?
As i said, my files are identical, same md5 and sha hash and same name...
I'm installing latest version of Deluge from the official PPA following PPA instructions.
I'm sure its a .part file created by Deluge and sounds weird that a developer is not aware of part files when:

Be sure you are stopping the torrent before copying the data over the existing files and then do a force recheck. Maybe also take that partfiles and move that to somewhere else and delete it when you get things working.
