Hello,
I just installed Deluge.
At the beginning when I was testing the active port I had a "!"
After some adjustments the exclamation point no longer appeared.
I did a test by downloading a file and no worries.
Now again I have an exclamation point when I test the active port and I noticed that it marks me down "no incoming connections".
My box settings:
box: UPnP enabled, DHCP enabled, assigned static IP, firewall on average.
firewall windows: inbound rules: UDP flood yes, yes TCP delage
no outbound rule for deluge
I saw in a Youtube video, after installing Deluge and put the right settings you open a new page in your navigator and Deluge give you the password.
Can you help me ??
Thank you and have a good day to every body.
Claudia.
DELUGE NO INCOMING CONNECTIONS
Re: DELUGE NO INCOMING CONNECTIONS
It is possible that you may need to use a small range of ports ~2-5 so if one is in use, the others will be attempted.

Re: DELUGE NO INCOMING CONNECTIONS
Hi Cas,
Thank you for responding me...
I have tried with with a small range of ports even with only one and I still have the"!" in yellow.
I uninstalled deluge to reinstall it again.
During the installation I had a message saying: " the following package is required to run Deluge but it does not appear to be installed: microsoft C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86), would you like to download it now?"
But I already downloaded and installed it , I had even an actualization windows on.
I checked in my firewall: in rules and properties then protocol and port, I have UDP. Should put it in TCP??
Thank you for your answer.
Have a good day.

Re: DELUGE NO INCOMING CONNECTIONS
If Deluge runs then you can ignore the MSVC installer warning, it's not foolproof detecting package.
Did you also open that port range in your router and firewall? It should be both TCP and UDP
