why does autoadd... not autoadd?

Hi all,

my process in combination with sickrage/couchpotato is this

1. download tv on schedule with sickrage to d:\blackhole\tv
2. download movies with couchpotato to d:\blackhole\movies
3. have autoadd monitor both those folders to add torrents.
4. come home and be disappointed. open autoadd and see 'watch' is again unticked.
5. tick watch
6. see auto-add pick up 3 torrents
7. re-open autoadd and push apply.
8. watch autoadd add 1 more torrent
9. repeat until all torrents are added.

the process feels decidedly UN auto. Does anyone know what might be going on? if this was to work, I'd finally have the perfect automated setup. I ended up with deluge because seemingly other torrent clients cannot do multiple watch folders for some reason, where-as deluge seems to think it can, but then does not. Really frustrating.
