[SOLVED]Deluge 1.3.11 py2.7 won't start (Windows 7 x64)

Hello!

Deluge 1.3.11 py2.6 works great but when i want to run Deluge 1.3.11 py2.7 just nothing happens.
Debuger returns this:



I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate x64, i got vcredist_x86 and vcredist_x64 installed.
Didn't find anything in FAQ or board that would solve this issue.

Any ideas?

Solved by clean reinstall deluge (according to debug log it was using someold files - pyton 2.6 directory)
