Set up Deluge to run with my VPN?

I recently subscribed to PrivateInternetAccess VPN and have switched from utorrent to Deluge because I still received a DMCA notice from Verizon. Is there anything specific I need to do to the Deluge settings in order to ensure I don't receive any more notices? I think I may need to change the "DHT, peer connections, trackers and web seeds" settings? I am ok with all my traffic running through my VPN. Thanks for your help (and if you reply please try to explain it to me as if I don't want what I am doing, which isn't far off).
