move when completed - doens't seem to work?

I've set some options for one of my labels : 'tv'.
When it reached 'complete' status then it should move the file to my completed folder..
but it doesn't seem to do what I want..

but maybe I am understanding 'completed' wrong... by my understanding 'complete' is when it finishes downloading BUT still seeding... it will then continue any required seeding in the completed folder..

is this wrong?

on a lot of the public trackers it rarely reaches the seeding goal, and I end up removing the torrent manually... I had then thought that it might process it here.. but no..

Am I misunderstanding the 'complete' option? is it only when it finishes seeding that it is tagged with 'completed' ?

is there anyway to manually tag a torrent with 'completed' ?

The usual reason for not moving is permission issues with destination. If the torrent has gone from Downloading to Seeding and the Move completed checkbox is enabled then it should move it, check logs for errors.
