deluge connection crash

Post by db28 »

Hi,
I have this problem that whenever I run deluge on my box the connection crashes and my box won't respond to anything anymore, no pings etc, you name it.
This causes me in having to reboot the system which is a pain.
It doesn't happen immediately but there has to be some torrent activity, I already tried tuning down the connection options, but this doesn't work either.
The logs do not show much at all, I have only found this yet:

TCP: TCP: Possible SYN flooding on port 58920. Sending cookies. Check SNMP counters.

I have tried disabling SYN cookies, to no avail.

The box is running Deluge 1.3.5 with libtorrent 0.15.9, compiled from source running on Debian Squeeze. It's connected to a 1gbit line.

I'm not sure what to do I'd like to have this fixed.
Maybe also worth to mention I'm running the exact same setup on another box of mine, running on Debian Lenny which works perfectly and is connected to a 100mbit line.

Thanks,
