Pause for X minutes function?

Hi all,

I was wondering if there is a function or plugin that I'm not aware of (searched using both forum search and Google) that is similar to Sabnzbd's function to pause everything for x amount of minutes.

For example, if I wanted to pause for 3 hours while I needed all my bandwidth for something, I could pause for 180 min. All active torrents pause (new ones are added in a paused state if that happens too), 180 minutes pass, all torrents resume. I can unpause this whenever I want, and if I forget to unpause, at the end of the time, we go back to normal.

I'm aware of the scheduler but this is more for spontaneous, unplanned, stoppages.

Any thoughts?
