Change dist, keep hashed torrents

I would like to switch system from Ubuntu to Arch, but would like to avoid having to rehash every single torrent file with the new distribution. Would it be possible to copy ~/.config/deluge from Ubuntu then change to Arch, add the config map and torrent wouldn't need to be rehashed?
