Proxy Switcher Plugin?

Hi this is my first post but that is off topic I need a plugin that allows me to quickly switch Torrent Proxies from a list. It needs to support socks5 with authentication and custom ports. I use a small list of proxies from torguard.net to protect myself while using BitTorrent and am tired of opening the email and switching the ip address to access a new server. Is there a plugin that does this?
