torrent error status

Hello!
Sorry for my English.
I have a deluge 1.3.6. installed as a deluge-daemon on WD mybooklive.
I moved the download and torrent files from winPC to deluge directory on mybooklive.
Some files have the status of error and are not distributed.how to fix it?

That shows a problem with a tracker, you can edit/remove the problem trackers from those torrents.
