Deluge Not Shutting Down Correctly

Hi Everyone,

Pardon my ignorance, but I am new to Deluge and I am working on figuring things out.

I have a OpenMediaVault server that is running Debain Linux. I am able to get everything running and have Deluge auto starting after a reboot/shutdown using guides found on the deluge site.But the problem I have is that whenever Deluge starts up again, it loses the information on what torrents have been scanned. Every time Deluge starts up, it wants to scan every torrent once again.

I am able to start/stop the service manually "using invoke-rc.d deluge-daemon start/stop" and not lose the scan information, but a real reboot does not give these same results. I have attached my deluge-daemon script for reference.

Bonus question - I am point my GeoIP database to the correct location, but in my logs i get the same error that deluge can not find the database.
