HI
If i connect to a VPN, PPTP, the downloads in Deluge drops to zero.
If i then disconnect the VPN all downloads starts again.
How do i fix this?

It depends on what type of internet connection you have, and what type of VPN you are using.
You need to be sure that port forwarding is set up properly, google this to find out more; you may need to configure your router settings.
You may need to download on an http port when using the VPN. Google that.
Some VPNs have settings so that all traffic goes through http ports.
Finally, this is a tricky question, and it is not an easy one to solve. Even experienced people struggle sometimes, torrenting over VPN.

Ok
All i can say at the moment is that qbittorrent and utorrent is working without any problems at all through the VPN but not Deluge.
If not fixed i stick with qbittorrent eventhou its a bit buggy.

qbittorrent is most likely is using the newest version of 0.16 libtorrent so you can try that with Deluge.
