deluge mac .app problem

Hi
maybe I did something wrong! I´am on Mac OS 10.7.5


1. I downloaded the Deluge.app.1.3.5-1.x64.tbz2
2. extracted the Deluge.app and pasted in the Applicationsfolder
3. the Deluge.app bounces wen I start it and opens

I can not change anything in Preferences
and I see a red X Not Connected

need help
