Folders Created For Inactive Torrent

When I add a torrent to Deluge it automatically creates the entire folder structure of the torrent. But, since the torrent is paused, it doesn't download any of the files. How can I get Deluge to not create the folders?

I take it that means this fix will be included in future releases of Deluge? What about the bug where you move the cursor and the window scrolls up and down?
