Deluge transfers

When I use deluge, transfers are not too good. When I turn it off and turn Azureus on, my tranfers are so much faster...
My maximum brandwith is 132kb/s. With deluge I get, for example, 5kb/s. With azureus, the same torrent, few minutes later goes above 30kb/s. And uploading is dramatically poor very often - it almost doesn't upload at all and my ratio is a crap. When I use Azureus, upload is much much faster and my ratio comes to normal very fast.
I have no idea what can be the reason. Both programmes work on the same port, have the same settings and so on...

I would really like to use deluge, but my ratio is getting worse
