[help] Create .torrent in Deluge 1.3.5

I installed Deluge 1.3.5 on my server, there is no option to create .torrent.
someone could help me.

I am not certain so I might be wrong, since I have never created torrents, but think that Deluge does not support this function.

Using the gtkui you can create a torrent otherwise we recommend mktorrent.
