cant't update on ubuntu

Hi all,
I run deluge on ubutnu for a while now and saw that 1.3.5 is available. I did sudo apt-get update/upgrade, deluge stayed 1.3.3.

I completely removed/purged deluge because it might be possible that i once installed it via the ubuntu local repositories, instead of via the deluge-team/ppa (can't remenber and I don't know how to validate)

i entered again sudo add-apt-repository ppa:deluge-team/ppa
but that told me that this was already done before, it also didn't ask me to accept the key:
total number processed: 1
total number unchanged: 1

Still: sudo apt-get instal deluge results in version 1.3.3


What am i doing wrong?

its on ubuntu 11.10
I just saw the new post "Ubuntu PPA Update", i tried again apt-get update/upgrade and now it's working, got 1.3.5
