Hello,
I can't set priorities to some files in a torrent after upgrade to natty, and it's deluge 1.3.1,
I'm trying to set it either from "Not download" to "Normal" or from "Normal" to "Highest" for other parts, but that doesn't seem to work.
I'm on a Ubuntu 11.04 64bit with Unity interface.
[1.3.1] Can't set priorities to some of files inside torrent
Re: [1.3.1] Can't set priorities to some of files inside tor
Do you have Full or Partial allocation enabled?
Re: [1.3.1] Can't set priorities to some of files inside tor
Full. I was able to operate on priorities of this torrent before upgrading from Ubuntu 10.10 to 11.04. And I have it set by default in Deluge.
Re: [1.3.1] Can't set priorities to some of files inside tor
That is strange, you could maybe try with a fresh config.
Re: [1.3.1] Can't set priorities to some of files inside tor
I just checked on other multi-file torrent and as strange as it might seem, it works... so I tried to re-add torrent and it started to work. Maybe it had something to do with having started that torrent before system upgrade. Can't tell, don't know how the data about what way the torrents are downloaded is stored by deluge.
Re: [1.3.1] Can't set priorities to some of files inside tor
Actually I was going to mention that if you added a torrent when Compact allocation was enabled then that torrent will not change allocation when you switch to Full allocation. So removing and adding the torrent would resolve the issue.
Re: [1.3.1] Can't set priorities to some of files inside tor
But I'm certain it had Full allocation enabled. I played with priorities on same torrent, same session, before upgrading ubuntu
