Deluge "State 7" on Seeds? Not Seeding?

Just recently, I have been getting this Status or State "7". It also seems like I am unable to seed this torrents when I have this state. I have tried to pause them and start them up again. This will removes the State "7", but I don't think it's seeding them still. Why am I getting this State "7" and what does it mean?

Ubuntu 10.10 x64

Hello again. OK, I got some new development along with the original issue. I had a workaround, but it's not working any more. Also, I have the terminal readout this time.

Here's the screenshot of the status of "7"

Note: Can anyone tell me why the gui is cutting off the edge of my type and internet? As you can see on the left, it's been chopped off and I can't resign or move the internet to all the extra space to the left.

I have also noticed, it's been reporting wierd feedback to my trackers. Like I have redownloaded some torrents several times and haven't finished other torrents while they all are completed and have been downloaded only once. My old workaround included pausing all the status of "7" and then resuming it.

Here's the readout. From what I have noticed, at some point the interface stop refreshing it's self, it's clickable, but the speeds of download and uploading doesn't change at all, the black bar at the top with the up and down read out doesn't change and they report different speeds.

I have no idea what has caused that. It looks like a possible problem with the Deluge install/config.

Please can you upgrade to latest version of Deluge, 1.3.1. This will solve the sidebar bug and maybe this other issue.

Even better. A combination between "Checking 0.00%" and "7" ---> "7 0.00%"

I have updated to 1.3.1 The interface has been fix, but the status 7 still appears. And now, I am getting errors in my tracker section and it's seems like the trackers aren't reporting all of my seeds now.

Have you tried with a fresh config? Providing some debug logs would also be useful.

I get them too. Only at startup. The torrents usually switch to a normal state around the time they check in with the tracker. Since I have 1000+ torrents it takes a minute or two. But in the past, with earlier versions of the software, I would get some torrents that stuck around in state 7, sometimes pausing/unpausing each one cleared it up, sometimes forcing a recheck was necessary.
