Hello,
I`d installed libtorrent 0.12.6 an Deluge 1.2.0 and i run it on "Classic-Mode"
The Problem is the follow:
If i start Deluge, I`ll ask for the Daemon-Connection.
But what have i to do there?!
If i click on "Start Daemon", nothing happened, and if i click on connect, the little windows will closed but in the information line, which will in the below, there isevery time: X Not Connected
If i start a torrent with Deluge in explorer, in the information line is "1 Torrent in queue"
Can anyone help?!
I`d install Deluge 1.2.0 and libtorrent 0.12.6 on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS

Re: Can`t work with 1.2.0
On many trackers 1.3.1 isn`t allowed, only up to 1.2.0

Re: Can`t work with 1.2.0
I am not providing support to old versions of Deluge. There are bugs in 1.2.0 that will have been fixed in subsequent releases up-to 1.2.3 but that same code also continues into the 1.3.x series which has even more fixes along with extra features.
Those tracker admins seemingly don't know that the underlying libtorrent-rasterbar versions that provides the core torrent functionality to Deluge will be the same for 1.2.0 and 1.3.1.
It is made more ridiculous when I realised that 1.2.0 can use a lower version of libtorrent-rasterbar that could overdownload: http://forum.deluge-torrent.org/viewtop ... =7&t=28975 so at the time trackers banned this version and only allowed 1.2.1 upwards.
All in all it means these tracker admins are arbitrarily banning Deluge versions.
