Deluge
I'm using Deluge 1.3.1 Libtorrent Version 0.14.12.0 and Windows 7
The problem is that when I start Deluge the DHT nodes stay at 0 and it never goes up.
I have uPnP enabled in both my router and Deluge.
I have also tried another torrent client and DHT works perfectly in that so it appears to be a problem with Deluge.
Anyone have any ideas what could be wrong?
I forgot to mention that I have the Blocklist plugin installed but even if I disable it DHT still doesn't work.
