Problems with accentuated characters

Post by ccool94 »

Hi,

I'm unable to download a torrent, whose title contains accentuated characters (French ones) ...
I'm actually running deluge 1.3.0 but I already had the same pb in previous releases .

Any idea where the problem comes from ?

Thanks and regards,
Philippe

I've been running 1.3.1 with libtorrent 0.15.4.0 for a while now. No issues here. Even Japanese characters work so French probably won't be any issue.

What filesystem are you using ? Check fstab and see if you have the download partition mounted with "utf8" or maybe something else (I personally don't use fstab to mount my partitions).

Code: Select all

sudo nano /etc/fstab
