Unable to change preferences - WEBUI

Hi there,
I don't know why, but seems I've update my webui to 1.3-rc2 on my Ubuntu server, I'm not able to change the preferences anymore.

I've check if the preference file located in /var/lib/deluge was owned by deluge and it is. However even if I modify directly this file, when I restart deluge, it doesn't change.

Any idea why ?
