1.3.0 Torrents missing after reboot

I'm using Deluge for the first time, on a Windows 7 Enterprise 32bit, Deluge 1.3.0

Everything seems to work fine, except when I reboot, the torrents are not there anymore... anyone with the same problem?

Are the torrents still there if you restart deluge?
Also, is deluge running when you reboot?

I'd had that problem before, a restart of deluge seemed to solve it.

I don't know what was wrong, I reinstalled everything, including a newer version of GTK+ runtime and it's been working fine since...
