[1.2.2] Special characters in torrent names, autoadd ignored

Post by jasz »

I just recently upgraded from 1.2.1 to 1.2.2 because of the special characters bug, where automatically adding torrents would halt due to a special character (or more) on a torrent file and any subsequent torrent would be ignored.
Now that I am on 1.2.2, deluge will only automatically add and start torrents with non-special characters ('normal' torrents, shall we say) and the ones that do have 'em, stay in the watch folder.
I would have to rename the torrent files in the watch folder in order for them to be auto-added. If not, they simply accumulate in the watch folder. :?

Any solutions to this? Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks ;)

Could be a bug.
Are the special characters in the torrent's filename (e.g. spécial.torrent) or in the filename(s) within the torrent?
Also, could you provide us with a debug log of the daemon when it tries to auto-add one of these "special" torrents.
